My Cyon Research colleague Joel Orr has become a big fan of the tablet PC, especially for engineering and AEC professionals. Recently Joel referred me to another tablet PC enthusiast, Charlie Wood, who is blogging on the subject. One of Woods's recent posts, "Taking the Paper Out of Paperwork," makes a succinct case for the tablet PC in AEC. " I predict that the Tablet PC will join the white pickup and the 7-11 Super Big Gulp as standard issue gear for builders," Charlie writes.
