Dueling lawsuits disputing the terms and obligations of the 2000 sale of Intergraph’s civil engineering products and maintenance contracts to Bentley Systems will be sent back for review after appeals by both Bentley and Intergraph prevailed in the Alabama Supreme Court.
The original dispute brought together Bentley’s complaint about how Intergraph was handling information regarding the maintenance contracts, and Intergraph’s complaint regarding how much Bentley owed on the promissory note issued at the time of purchase.
