Bentley has agreed to acquire the STAAD.Pro line of structural engineering software tools, plus other assets of the REI division of netGuru, Inc., for $23.5 million. The transaction brings the structural engineering program most popular with Bentley's exisiting users, the world's largest AEC firms.
