Today Bentley released the text of an open letter written by Wayne Rosendahl, principal of Rosendahl and Associates in Mesa, Arizona. The letter describes the firm's experience in moving their CAD platform from Autodesk to Bentley.
It is standard marketing technique to get quotes from happy users, and to write case studies about successful users, but this is the first time I can recall a software vendor in AEC distributing an open letter from a client. While I'm sure Bentley's marketing department had a hand in editing the letter, it is notable that Rosendahl would participate in this way.
