Design engineering software training and development firm Avatech Solutions, Inc. will host a skills contest for Autodesk University attendees next month. The “Altogether Smarter Challenge” will run concurrent with the Autodesk user conference, November 28th-December 1st at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Orlando, Florida.

Avatech is offering onsite Assessment Testing at its Altogether Smarter Challenge booth (#322). Attendees will be invited to take a short assessment test on their choice of Autodesk products: AutoCAD, Land Desktop, Civil 3D, Architectural Desktop, Revit, Inventor, or Building Systems.

Everyone who takes the test will receive an “I'm Altogether Smarter” T-shirt, and will be eligible for prizes based on assessment scores. Prizewinners will be broadcast on Avatech's big screen throughout the day. Top scorers will receive prizes valued at over $1,000; wildcard prizes will also be given out.

"Autodesk University is the premier event to learn, develop new skills, and connect with fellow Autodesk users," said Avatech President and COO, Scott Harris. "In the exhibit hall, Avatech's Altogether Smarter Challenge is a quick, fun way for attendees to test their knowledge of Autodesk programs, competing for bragging rights as well as great prizes."
