Today Tangra Solutions, LLC, a company formed by former Cyon Research VP and CTO Rick Stavanja, acquired CADwire.net and Targeted Advertising Consortium (TAC) from Cyon Research. Terms were not disclosed.
I occasionally contribute commentaries to CADwire.net, and the TAC is my ad sales agent, so this change of ownership is of special interest to me. It is also of special interest because 15 months ago I acquired a Cyon Research asset, the online journal you are now reading. So, Rick, welcome to the club.
Rick Stavanja has worked hard to build up both assets, yet as part of Cyon his attention was divided in many directions. I think you can expect some interesting new innovations at CADwire.net in the near future now that they are Rick's total focus.
As you well know, Rick, the journey is more rewarding when ownership is part of the mix. Congratulations!
