Anyone who cares about the
ongoing federal suit by Autodesk against the Open Design Alliance owes a debt of gratitude to Owen Wengerd, president of
CADLock, Inc., for creating the
"Autodesk vs. Open Design Alliance" respository. Having posted some of the original documents here at AECnews (
original Autodesk complaint, the
ODA initial reply, and the judge's
ruling of a temporary restraining order), I know how much work Wengerd has done to give us the complete set of court documents.
