Timothy S. Vernor, the eBay seller who has filed a federal lawsuit against Autodesk, no longer has to serve as his own attorney.

Public Citizen, a consumer advocacy organization founded by Ralph Nader, has agreed to provide legal counsel to Vernor at no cost to him.

The complete story, including an interview with Vernor's new attorney, can be found by following this link to our article, "Watchdog Agency Public Citizen Agrees to Represent eBay Sellor Vernor in Suit Against Autodesk." There is a link in the article to a contributions page, for those who would like to help cover Public Citizen's expense in representing Vernor.
